External use:
Apply 2-3 drops of Copaiba oil directly to the affected areas of skin. It is best to use a cotton swab or your fingers to gently massage the oil in. The oil penetrates the skin quickly and helps to reduce inflammation and soothe the skin.
Or: mix 2-3 drops with your favorite skin care cream. If you already use CopaibaCare products for your skin, you can use them to further increase the effect of the cream.
As a standalone treatment: Apply 2-4 drops of Copaiba oil to slightly damp skin and press in gently.
Or: use a few drops as a prophylactic additive in bath or massage oil.
Internal use:
Allow 6-12 drops to dissolve under the tongue or add to a little water and take. Start with 1-3 drops 2-3 times a day and increase if necessary.
In traditional medicine it is taken mixed with honey.
