Andiroba is a nut with the highest oil content of natural oleic acids. An important component of the oil is "Andirobin", a limonoid that can cause a possible blockage/modulation of certain enzymes and thus prevent cellulite. The high density of bioactive, unsaturated fatty acids contributes to skin suppleness and promotes collagen formation. In addition, some ingredients seem to increase the water-binding capacity of the proteoglycans.
